Your rights under state law

Email [email protected] and say which right you are exercising; we will verify your request against the information we already hold. We will not deny you goods, charge you a different price, or give you a lesser service for exercising a right.

If we cannot resolve a complaint, residents of some states may appeal to us and then refer the matter to their state Attorney General.

Data retention

Order records are retained for as long as our tax and accounting obligations require. Advertising and analytics data is kept only while your consent is active.

Children

This store is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

The data we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number and the details of your order. Card details are entered directly into our PCI-compliant payment provider's secure checkout and are processed by them — we never see or store your full card number.

When you browse we may collect device and usage information (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) through cookies and similar technologies, for analytics and advertising measurement. You can refuse or change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.

Where you give us your details at checkout, our advertising partners may also receive them in hashed form so a sale can be matched to the ad that led to it. They never receive your card details.

How we use it

To take payment and fulfil and ship your order; to send order confirmations and shipping updates; to provide customer support and handle returns; to meet our tax and record-keeping obligations; and to measure how our advertising performs through the platforms we use, which currently include Google, Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, Kwai and OpenAI.

Sharing, and what counts as a sale

We share information only with the providers needed to run the store: our payment provider, our shipping and fulfilment partners, our email provider and the advertising and analytics providers named above. We do not sell your information for money. Some state privacy laws define "sale" and "sharing" broadly enough to cover passing hashed identifiers to advertising partners for cross-context behavioural advertising, so we treat it that way and give you the opt-out below.
