Immediate delivery, and what that means
Your files are delivered as soon as payment clears. Once a download has begun we cannot take the product back, so we do not offer change-of-mind refunds on digital orders. That is the trade for getting the files straight away, and we say it here as well as at checkout.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank typically posts them within five to ten business days.
When we do refund
If a file will not download, will not open, is corrupt, or is materially not what the product page described, contact [email protected] with your order number. We will repair or replace it, and refund you in full if we cannot.
